Quick, Easy and Healthy!

Looking for a quick and easy dinner after drilling class ones in the sim clinic or setting denture teeth in the wet lab until 7pm? 

Try out this healthy shrimp meal and don't forget to make extras for lunch leftovers! 

Not a fan of shrimp? Try chicken or tofu! 

▪️Add shrimp to a skillet with olive oil and fresh garlic. Cook til pink.
▪️Add a good scoop of your favorite pesto and stir together. Set shrimp aside. 
▪️In the same pan, heat cauliflower rice with a little extra pesto (cauliflower rice is all the rage these days. You can buy it fresh or frozen at Trader Joe's!)
▪️Set warmed cauliflower rice in a dish and top with cooked shrimp. 
▪️Add some spiralized zucchini
